A comprehensive vacate clean designed specifically for property managers. We return the property to real estate standards, making end-of-lease transitions smooth and stress-free.

🏡 General Areas(Including: Entry / Hallways, Living Areas, Bedrooms)
Remove cobwebs from ceilings & walls
Dust and wipe skirting boards, architraves, window sills, ledges, and frames
Dust and/or wipe down all doors, door frames, and handles
Clean all light switches and power points
Spot clean walls and remove scuff marks where possible
Wipe down air vents and ceiling fans (where accessible)
Clean light fittings (where accessible)
Clean interior windows and window tracks (Note: cleaning of exterior windows are is optional extra)
Wipe down & spot clean blinds (dust or damp wipe, depending on material)
Clean mirrors throughout the home
Clean sliding door tracks and runners
Clean wardrobes and cupboards (interior and exterior)
Clean inside and outside of built-in wardrobes, shelving, and drawers
Vacuum all floors throughout
Mop all hard floors
Remove general rubbish and empty all bins

Wipe all benchtops and splashbacks
Degrease and clean rangehood, including filters
Clean stovetop and control knobs thoroughly
Deep clean oven inside and out, including door, racks, trays, and seals
Detail clean all appliances (e.g. dishwasher, microwave, fridge)
Clean sink, taps, and plug areas, removing any build-up
Clean kickboards, walls, and tiled areas

We recommend at least 3–5 business days’ notice, especially during peak periods. However, we understand that property timelines can shift unexpectedly — where possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate short-notice or urgent cleans to keep things running smoothly.

Yes. Upon request, we can supply clear before and after photos for each area cleaned — ideal for records, marketing purposes, or providing to Rental Providers.

Yes, we work from a thorough cleaning checklist that covers all areas of the property. This ensures a consistent and high-quality result every time. If your agency has its own vacate or pre-sale requirements, we’re happy to follow that as well.

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide certificates of currency on request. All cleans come with a detailed, itemised invoice for easy record keeping and compliance.

We operate Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Sunday bookings may be available on request, subject to team availability. If you require an early start or a specific time slot, let us know when enquiring and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. In addition to working directly with agencies, property managers are welcome to refer our services to renters for vacate, routine inspection, or regular cleaning. We can liaise directly with the renter to arrange quotes, bookings, and access — helping ensure properties are well presented and inspection-ready, without adding extra work to your team.

Not at this stage — we specialise in professional cleaning and prefer to leave the rest to the experts! We’re always happy to co-ordinate with your trusted Carpet Cleaner or Gardener to ensure a property is prepared for your client on time.
