  • We currently service Geelong & surrounds, the Surf Coast, and Bellarine Penninsula. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate or recommend a trusted local.

  • We offer a range of cleaning packages designed to suit your needs — from regular home cleans and deep cleans to end-of-lease. We also provide optional add-ons such as oven, fridge, and window cleaning. We’re always looking to expand our services — so keep an eye out!

  • This depends on the size of your space and the type of service booked. A standard home clean usually takes 2–3 hours, while a deep or move-out clean may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated time when confirming your booking.

  • Yes! Every home is unique, and so are your needs. You can tailor your service to include specific tasks or areas — just let us know when booking.

  • Absolutely. We use non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment — without compromising on quality or cleanliness. Note: some low-tox products are utilised when neccessary.

  • We understand life gets busy. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without a fee. Cancellations made after this period may incur a small charge to cover our team’s time.

  • Not at all — many of our clients prefer to provide us with access instructions so we can clean while they’re out. Either way, your home is in safe hands with our trusted and fully insured team.

  • Absolutely. Your happiness is our priority. If something wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, let us know within 24 hours — we’ll return to make it right, free of charge.
